Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy explains how Advance Home Technologies, Inc. (“Advance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through the Advance web, iPhone, and iPad applications. Advance is a business operations system for authorized employees, contractors, managers, and administrators. It is not intended for personal or household use by the general public.
Information we collect
Depending on your role and the features your organization uses, Advance may collect:
- Account and contact information, including names, work email addresses, phone numbers, user identifiers, roles, and addresses entered for employees, customers, contacts, or job sites.
- Job and project information, including schedules, assignments, notes, tasks, documents, drawings, markups, photos, receipts, materials, approvals, and activity history.
- Workforce and financial information, including work and travel hours, attendance, pay or burdened rates, purchase records, job costs, and day-ticket information when authorized.
- Device, security, and diagnostic information, including session and authentication records, request metadata, app version, operational audit events, and limited crash, performance, or synchronization diagnostics when those diagnostics are enabled.
How information is collected
Information is provided by you or another authorized user, created while your organization manages work in Advance, or generated automatically as needed to secure and operate the service. Photos and files are collected only when a user chooses or captures them for a supported work purpose.Advance does not request access to your device contacts or precise location.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, synchronize, and recover the app’s job-management features;
- authenticate users and enforce roles, permissions, and account security;
- coordinate jobs, crews, schedules, drawings, files, materials, and work records;
- maintain operational history, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and support users;
- meet contractual, accounting, employment, safety, and legal obligations; and
- improve reliability and usability without using app data for targeted advertising.
Service providers and sharing
Advance does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, at an authorized user’s direction, to protect the service or people, or when required by law.
Depending on enabled features, recipients may include infrastructure and storage providers such as Railway, scheduling providers such as Google Calendar, delivery providers used for account email or text messages, and Apple for device notification delivery. Administrators and other authorized personnel may also access information according to their business role.
We require service providers that receive Advance data to use it only for the contracted service and to protect it to the same or an equivalent standard described in this policy. We do not authorize providers to sellAdvance data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and satisfy the business, security, contractual, accounting, employment, and legal purposes described above. Retention differs by record type. Job, time, financial, audit, backup, correction, and legal-hold records may need to remain after an account is disabled or a visible item is deleted.
Advance may keep protected work copies on an authorized device or browser while work is offline, pending synchronization, or awaiting recovery. Those copies are removed or replaced through the app’s sign-out, recovery, storage, and device-management processes.
To request access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion, contact the administrator at your company who issued your account. Requests will be reviewed against applicable business-record, employment, contractual, backup, security, and legal-retention requirements. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Your choices
- You can decline or revoke optional camera, photo, and notification access in your device settings. Some related features will not work without that access.
- An authorized administrator can disconnect a linked Google Calendar account or disable a Advance account.
- You can ask your company administrator about the information associated with your account and submit a privacy or deletion request.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted network transport, protected local storage, file validation, and audit history. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Advance is a workforce and business operations application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly provide accounts to children or collect their personal information through the app.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Advance’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version at this address and update the effective date above.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, recovery keys, customer information, or sensitive job details by email; provide a general description and wait for secure instructions.
